GAP Program
The GAP Program provides reading, writing, and math skill-building classes designed to prepare students for improved COMPASS test scores and to successfully transition them into college sequence courses. These classes are offered for free (no tuition is charged and class materials are provided at no charge) but no credit will be issued. In order for a student to pass a GAP class, the student must retake the COMPASS and score into the next or a higher sequence course.

GAP Program courses are listed below. Students cannot self-enroll in GAP classes online. To enroll in a class on the North Campus, call 824-1819 or e-mail chandy.melton@kctcs.edu. To enroll in a class on the Muhlenberg Campus, call 338-2257 or e-mail ashley.gootee@kctcs.edu.
