The bookstore is located on the 1st floor of the John H. Gray building at the North Campus.

*Additional extended hours will be posted at the bookstore

All refunds must be accompanied by receipt! Refunds are only allowed during the first week of classes!

Book Vouchers / Financial Aid

Pell, Scholarship, and Student Loan Students: Book vouchers will be available at the bookstore beginning on Monday, August 10 through Tuesday, August 25. You must have your computerized printed schedule and a photo ID (driver's license). In order to qualify for a book voucher, you must have already received approval for financial aid. No one can pick up textbooks for another student using financial aid – no exceptions!

Order Online

Don't want to make a trip to the bookstore? You can place your order on-line at our website: www.whywaitforbooks.com. Your order will be shipped directly to your home via UPS. This website will accept financial aid as well as credit card payments. (Financial aid orders will not ship until August 10.) The website cannot process third party payments (WIA, Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans, GRADD). If you are a third party student, you must come to the bookstore to get your textbooks and complete the necessary paperwork.

KYVC Classes

MCC Bookstore will not have the textbooks for KYVC classes that are hosted through another college campus. If you are taking a KYVC (on-line) class through another college, you must order your textbooks through www.whywaitforbooks.com. MCC Bookstore will only have the textbooks available for MCC classes and KYVC classes that are hosted by MCC instructors.
