Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI)

This student survey measures importance, satisfaction, and performance in key service areas of the college.

Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE)

The Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE) provides information about effective educational practice in community colleges and assists institutions in using that information to promote improvements in student leaning and persistence.

Retention

Retention refers to those students who remained at the same institution where they started until they completed a program.
